Julie Lukas

Julie Lukas has over 18 years of experience in various leadership roles, primarily at Abbott from October 2017 to June 2024, where responsibilities included global service management, commercial strategy, and HR operations for large teams. Prior to Abbott, Julie worked at Walgreens, where achievements included implementing the first HR PMO and developing demand management processes. Early experience includes a managerial role at Fifth Third Bank focused on operations audit and team development, as well as a district management position at Quality Material Handling that resulted in significant sales growth. Julie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Finance and Human Resources from Grand Valley State University.
