Kristine Keckeisen

Kristine Keckeisen is currently serving as the DEI & Training Manager at Abbott, where responsibilities include developing and managing training and onboarding initiatives with a focus on Diversity, Equity & Inclusion. Kristine's extensive experience at Abbott spans over two decades, including roles such as Program Manager in Learning and Development, where management of global talent programming and stakeholder collaboration were critical. As Manager of Diversity Recruitment, Kristine led the design of diversity and inclusion strategies and successfully built relationships with diverse organizations. Earlier roles included staff recruitment, where Kristine managed staffing efforts and participated in community job fairs. Kristine holds a BA in Sociology with a focus on personnel management from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
