Rachelle Fischer

Rachelle (Kresch) Fischer is an accomplished professional in data science and analytics, currently serving as the Director of Data Science & Analytics for Lingo Biowearables at Abbott since April 2023. Rachelle leads initiatives focused on biowearable technology aimed at empowering individuals to manage their health and nutrition effectively. Previously, Rachelle held various leadership roles at Autodesk, including Director of Data Science & Analytics and Senior Manager of Analytics, and worked at EY for nearly a decade in advanced analytics positions. Rachelle's experience also includes a data scientist role at Prosper Marketplace, where contributions were made to enhance loan origination risk classification models. Rachelle holds a Master of Engineering degree in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research with a concentration in Data Science & Analytics, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Statistics and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, all from the University of California, Berkeley.
