Shadman Jubaer

Shadman Jubaer is currently a Senior Operations Manager at Abbott, leading global operations and supply chain initiatives for Lingo. Previously, they held various engineering and management roles at Abbott, including senior manufacturing process engineer and program manager. Shadman’s earlier experience includes a position as a production engineer at Perrigo and research roles at Purdue University and Loyola University Chicago. They earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Purdue University, where they also engaged in research within the Intelligent Infrastructure Systems Laboratory. Passionate about increasing access to high-quality health technology, Shadman continues to drive innovation in the field.
