Zachary Kowalski

Zachary Kowalski has over 20 years of experience in engineering and product development, primarily in leadership roles across several companies. At Abbott, Zachary served as R&D Engineering Director, Senior R&D Engineering Manager, and Program Manager, focusing on cross-functional team leadership and product development within the Abbott Ventures Business Unit from 2016 to 2021. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Engineering Manager at Boston Scientific and Engineering Manager for New Product Development at Edwards Lifesciences. Additional experience encompasses positions at Zimmer Biomet and Kimberly-Clark as Staff Engineer/Project Manager and Senior Engineer/Project Manager, respectively. Zachary holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Delaware and a Business Administration Management certificate from the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh.
