James John

James John is a seasoned IT and operations leader with extensive experience in the healthcare and life sciences sectors. Currently serving as the Director of IT - Safety at AbbVie since January 2021, James previously held the position of Vice President of Operations in the Medical Affairs Division at Anju Software, overseeing a large team and managing multiple software implementation projects. At West Monroe Partners, James served as Senior Manager, successfully growing a pharmaceutical client and implementing a validated case intake system, enhancing operational efficiency. James’s earlier roles include positions at FICO, Underwriters Laboratories, and Deloitte Consulting, where management of cross-functional teams and project leadership were central to driving results in marketing, consulting, and quality system integration. James holds an MBA from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business and a BA in Hospitality Business from Michigan State University.
