Wendy Baker

Wendy Baker is an experienced communications professional with a strong background in strategic communications within the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as the Director of Strategic Communications at AbbVie since January 2019, Wendy has previously held the position of Director for Strategic Communications in Retina at Allergan until March 2024. Prior experience includes roles as a Regional Field Marketer and Thought Leader Liaison at Genentech from September 2015 to October 2018, as well as serving as Executive Area Business Manager at BiogenIdec from January 1998 to July 2015. Wendy holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication from California State University, Fullerton, earned between 1985 and 1990.
