Ahmed Salem

Ahmed Salem has extensive experience in clinical research and pharmacology, having held senior leadership roles at AbbVie from July 2016 to January 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing clinical programs and regulatory filings. Prior to AbbVie, Ahmed Salem served in various positions at the University of Minnesota College of Pharmacy, including Director II and Adjunct Professor, and has also worked at Abbott Laboratories as a Senior Scientist in Clinical Pharmacology. Ahmed Salem earned a PhD in Clinical Pharmacy with a focus on Experimental and Clinical Pharmacology from the University of Minnesota and completed a Clinical and Translational Research Fellowship.
