Melissa O'Brien

Melissa O'Brien has a diverse work experience spanning over 17 years. Melissa is currently the Head of Research Operations at HFS Research since January 2022. Prior to this role, they served as the Executive Research Leader at the same company starting from August 2021. Melissa also worked as a Research Vice President at HFS Research from June 2018 to August 2021. Before that, they worked as a Marketing Coordinator at PSG from January 2005 to January 2006. Their earliest position was as a Customer Care Representative at Oak Street Mortgage from June 2004 to November 2004.
