Doel Augusto Rodriguez

Doel Augusto Rodriguez is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and cosmetic manufacturing industries. Currently serving as Director of Planning and Material Management at AbbVie since May 2020, Doel also holds the title of Director, Plant General Manager, overseeing operations at a site dedicated to bio-derived cosmetic ingredients. Prior roles include Director, Plant General Manager at Allergan and Director of Manufacturing Operations at SkinMedica Inc., where responsibilities encompassed managing multiple facilities, ensuring safety and quality, and optimizing production processes. Experience at Immucor, Inc. and Sanofi Pasteur further established expertise in production management and quality operations. Doel holds a Master of Science degree in Cellular and Molecular Pharmacology from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey and a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Puerto Rico.
