Don Wyma

Don Wyma is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the biotechnology and defense sectors. Currently serving as Chief of Staff for Oncology Discovery at AbbVie, Don has held various leadership roles including Program Manager for the AbbVie-Calico Collaboration and Assistant Director for Planning and Portfolio Support. Prior to AbbVie, Don founded Intelligent Insights LLC, providing consulting services to the Department of Defense on technology monitoring practices. Previous positions also include roles at Proactive Worldwide, the US Department of Defense as Deputy Director of Scientific and Technical Intelligence Analysis, and the Office of the Director of National Intelligence as Senior Biological Specialist. Don has a strong foundation in research with a Ph.D. in Microbiology & Immunology from Vanderbilt University and a B.S. in Biochemistry from Benedictine University.
