Elaine Than

Elaine Than is currently the Associate Director of Portfolio Program Management (PPM) in Oncology Early Development at AbbVie, a position held since July 2023. Previously, Elaine served as the Associate Director of Product Development in Immuno-Oncology at Coherus BioSciences from September 2021 to March 2023, focusing on product development for two in-licensed assets. Prior to that, Elaine worked at Regeneron Pharmaceuticals as Manager of Global Development and Research, collaborating with executives across clinical and regulatory domains. From February 2016 to February 2020, Elaine was a Senior Associate at Korn Ferry, specializing in organizational strategy consulting for early-stage biotech startups. Elaine's early career included a Postdoctoral Fellowship in Cancer Genetics at Weill Cornell Medicine, where multidisciplinary teams were led in cancer research projects. Elaine holds a PhD in Toxicology and Cancer Biology from the University of Minnesota.
