Kathleen Olson

Kathleen Olson, MS, PhD, is an accomplished leader in the pharmaceutical industry with extensive experience in medical affairs and research and development. Currently serving as the Head of Global Oncology Strategy and Execution at AbbVie, Kathleen has previously held leadership roles including Vice President of Asset Strategy Leadership across various therapeutic areas such as virology, pulmonology, gastroenterology, eye care, and oncology. Kathleen's expertise also extends to roles at Pfizer and Hospira, where responsibilities included R&D project leadership and program management. Kathleen holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Pharmaceutical Chemistry and a Master of Science in the same field, both from The University of Kansas.
