Lance Lhotka

Lance Lhotka serves as the Vice President of Information Technology for Manufacturing Operations at AbbVie since November 2012, bringing extensive experience in IT management within the manufacturing and quality domains. Prior to AbbVie, Lance held various IT leadership roles at Abbott from September 1990 to November 2012, including IT Director positions in Global Manufacturing & QA/RA Solutions and Diagnostics, where responsibilities encompassed enterprise SAP environment management and IT oversight for multiple global sites. Earlier roles included managing business systems for Pharmaceutical Products and leading the Government and Manufacturing Systems departments. Lance's educational background includes a BA in Geography from the University of Illinois Chicago.
