Lillian Frohlich

Lillian (Lilly) Frohlich is an accomplished clinical operations leader with extensive experience in managing clinical trials across various pharmaceutical companies. Currently serving as the Director of Clinical Operations at AbbVie since August 2024, Lilly previously held similar director roles at Cerevel Therapeutics and Sanofi Genzyme, overseeing significant Phase I and III studies while ensuring alignment with cross-functional stakeholders and managing budgets. With a strong foundation established at Bioverativ and Biogen, Lilly has developed expertise in clinical trial management, vendor oversight, and process improvements. Lilly holds a Master of Public Health in Epidemiology from Boston University School of Public Health and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Public Health from Syracuse University.
