Lindsey Bristow

Lindsey Bristow serves as Vice President of Tax at AbbVie since December 2019, leading the Corporate Tax and Global Trade teams to ensure compliance with global tax and trade regulations. Prior to joining AbbVie, Lindsey was an International Tax Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP for over 24 years, where responsibilities included being the National Operations leader for the International Tax Practice and overseeing various multinational clients with international tax services. Lindsey also led PwC's Global Structuring team and the international tax practice in the Midwest Region. Academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Taxation from Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the same institution.
