Liz Reidel

Liz Reidel is an accomplished senior leader with extensive experience in global training, human resources, and project management. Currently serving as the Director of Global Training at AbbVie since March 2022, Liz previously held the position of Executive Director at OCC from March 2020 to March 2022. Liz's tenure at Abbott from April 2008 to December 2019 included multiple leadership roles, encompassing responsibilities for Global IT Operations, Project Management, and Human Resources. Additionally, Liz served on the OMNI Board of Directors from 2007 to 2009 and was the Director of Investment Technology at Allstate Investments, LLC from 1999 to 2008. Liz holds an MBA from the University of Illinois Chicago and a BA in Business Administration and Economics from Carthage College.
