Paula Brant is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in analytics and business insights. Currently serving as Vice President of Marketing Analytics and Business Insights at AbbVie since April 2021, Paula oversees a team of over 200 individuals in the U.S. Previously, Paula held the position of Vice President and Head of US Marketing Sciences at MetLife, where responsibilities included leading the Marketing Science function focused on insights and analytics. Paula's background includes significant roles at Johnson & Johnson, managing strategic insights for major global brands, and at Kraft Foods Group, where Paula contributed to brand strategy and innovation. Paula holds an MBA in Marketing and a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Connecticut.
