Shoko Hirose

Shoko Hirose is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in business HR and strategic talent management, currently serving as Manager, Business HR (HRBP) and Manager, HR Strategic Planning & Talent Management at AbbVie since August 2020. Prior to this, Shoko held the role of Leadership Strategy Consultant at YSC Consulting, part of Accenture, from June 2018 to May 2020, and completed a graduate internship in Organization Development at the Visiting Nurse Service of New York in early 2018. Shoko's earlier experience includes significant positions at Goldman Sachs from 2013 to 2017, focusing on Asia Pacific Human Resources and Global Leadership & Diversity. Additionally, Shoko worked as an Associate at The Boston Consulting Group from April 2012 to September 2013.
