Laura Dell'Acqua started their career in 2013 as a Verhandlungsdolmetscherin. In 2014, they joined Hofer Communications GmbH where they worked in various roles in customer service and as a tour guide until 2016. From 2016 to 2019, they worked at Eloma GmbH as a Customer Service International representative. In 2019, they joined ABBYY and started as a Customer Operations Specialist until 2021. Laura then became a Salesforce Support Analyst until 2022 and currently holds the position of Head of Salesforce Support.
Laura Dell'Acqua earned a Bachelor's degree in Fremdsprachenkorrespondenz from Fondazione Scuole Civiche Università per interpreti e traduttori from 2010 to 2013. In 2012 to 2013, they also participated in an Erasmusprojekt at SDI - Sprachen und Dolmetscher Institut in the field of Fremdsprachenkorrespondenz.
