Natalia Kudinova

Natalia Kudinova, ACA, MBA has a strong work experience in finance, controlling, and compliance within a global IT organization. Natalia has been the Head of Global Accounting and Reporting at ABBYY since April 2020 and has successfully participated in multiple due diligence processes conducted by international equity investors and funds. Prior to this role, they were the Head of IFRS Methodology and Audit Group at ABBYY from April 2017 to April 2020. Natalia also has experience as a Lead IFRS specialist at ABBYY from November 2014 to April 2017. Before joining ABBYY, they worked as a Senior at EY from October 2010 to August 2013 and as an Associate at Deloitte from September 2007 to October 2010.

Natalia Kudinova has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Financial Management from the Moscow International Higher Business School MIRBIS.
