Nina Walker has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and responsibilities. Nina is currently employed at ABBYY as the Head of Customer Experience and previously held the position of Head of Customer Success Operations. Prior to that, they worked as the Strategic Customer Success Programs Manager and Sales Operations Manager at ABBYY. In these roles, they were responsible for project management, team management, and business process management, among other tasks. Before joining ABBYY, Nina worked as the Marketing Operations Manager and Marketing Campaign Manager at T-Impact Ltd. Additionally, they have experience as a Marketing and Event Manager at T-Impact Ltd and as a Marketing Executive at bChannels. Nina started their career as a Trainee at BBJ Consult AG, where they were involved in implementing European politics and development programs.

Nina Walker obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from the Catholic University of Eichstätt-Ingolstadt from 2009 to 2012. Nina also holds a Diploma in Professional Marketing from CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing, obtained in 2014, and the M646 IBM WebSphere Sales Mastery v5 certification from IBM in the same year.
