Sanju Nair

Sanju Nair has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Sanju is currently the VP, Enterprise PMO and Product Operations at ABBYY since December 2023. Prior to this, from 2020 to 2023, they served as the VP, Product Operations / Engineering Operations at OutSystems, where they implemented strategic transformation initiatives within Engineering and managed executive-level relationships. From 2019 to 2020, Nair was the Sr. Director, Technical Program Management at Citrix, where they enabled alignment of strategy and execution plans across the Unified Cloud Engineering organization.

Earlier in their career, Nair held various positions at Apttus, including Director of Technical Program Management, Cloud Platform Engineering, where they led a global team and worked on key initiatives such as migration to different cloud platforms and infrastructure automation. Sanju also served as the Director of Program Management (PMO), Product and Engineering, overseeing product operations and release management for a portfolio of products.

Before joining Apttus, Sanju Nair worked at Cisco Systems for over a decade, where they held roles such as Sr. Program Manager, Project Manager/Sr. IT Analyst, and IT Engineer. Sanju was actively involved in the design, development, and implementation of various projects, including the integration of acquired companies and the development of incentive compensation modules.

Nair started their career as a Software Engineer at Kirloskar Computer Services, where they worked as a consultant for Cisco Systems. Sanju also worked at Unique Soft as a Programmer.

Sanju Nair completed their PUC degree, specializing in Physics, Chemistry, Maths, and Biology at Christ University, Bangalore from 1987 to 1989. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) degree in Maths at Mahatma Gandhi University from 1990 to 1993.
