Steve Bettini is an experienced professional in talent acquisition, currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition and Head of Talent Acquisition for North America & APAC at ABBYY since November 2020. Prior to ABBYY, Steve held positions as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Iris Software Inc. and as a Professional Corporate Recruiter at Tata Consultancy Services, among other recruitment roles. With a strong background in healthcare IT and various IT professional domains, Steve has demonstrated expertise in recruiting key positions such as business analysts, project managers, and software developers. Steve's earlier experience includes project management and business analysis consulting roles at notable organizations like Barclays and UBS Wealth Management. Steve holds a Bachelor's Degree in Project Management from Capella University and an Associate's Degree in Life Science from Brookdale Community College. Additionally, Steve served in the US Army National Guard, where leadership training was completed.
