Currently serving as the Practice Lead for the Technology vertical in the US & Europe at ABC Consultants, Aishwarya has previously held positions as Account Director at Aquilent, Partner, Client Partner, and Executive Search Consultant at High Places International. Aishwarya began a career in project management as a Project Trainee at Future Focus Infotech Private Limited and initially gained experience as an HR Intern at Rane Group. Aishwarya holds a Master of Arts in Human Resources Management from Women's Christian College and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from M.O.P. Vaishnav College for Women.
