Esha Solanki

Esha Solanki began their work experience as a Human Resources Intern at Intern Theory Career Solutions LLP from March 2021 to May 2021. Esha then progressed to the role of Talent Acquisition Executive from June 2021 to February 2023. During this time, they assessed requisitions, identified relevant candidates, screened candidates, organized interviews, served as a SPOC for client accounts, managed a team of two, trained and managed the QC team, and drafted and managed consulting agreements for new clients. Following this role, Esha joined ABC Consultants in February 2023 as a Research Associate. In this position, they are responsible for talent mapping at the sectorial and functional level for mid to senior level positions in the Consumer/FMCG sector. Esha sources potential candidates, assesses them through calls based on client requirements, and co-ordinates and schedules interviews with follow-ups.

Esha Solanki attended Sophia College (Autonomous) from 2018 to 2021, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology.
