Prior to this, Nainy held various senior managerial positions in human resources at AMSEC, Axis Securities Limited, and Paprika Media Pvt. Ltd. With a strong background in recruitment, performance management, and talent acquisition, Nainy has proven herself as a valuable asset in the HR field. Nainy holds a PGeMBA in Human Resources from Mumbai Educational Trust and a Masters of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Indira Gandhi National Open University.
