Rachna Saxena is an accomplished Chief Human Resources Officer at ABC Consultants since February 2019, where the focus has been on pioneering organized recruitment services in India. Previously, Rachna served as Managing Partner at Prevolve - Prepare to Evolve from September 2015 to January 2019, implementing holistic changes, including a BOT model for HR. Prior experience includes Business HR Head at DB Corp Ltd, Head of HR at Aegis Group Plc, Manager HR at National Geographic Channel India, and Senior Executive at STAR India Pvt. Ltd. Rachna holds a Post Graduate Program in Executive Coaching from Coaching Federation India and a BA from Delhi University.
