Michael Patrick Mulroy

Michael Patrick Mulroy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in national security and humanitarian operations. Currently serving as President of Fogbow LLC since November 2022, Mulroy leads a team of experts aimed at facilitating humanitarian efforts in high-risk environments. As a co-founder of the Lobo Institute since December 2019, Mulroy also holds positions as a National Security Analyst for ABC News and a Senior Fellow at the Middle East Institute. Previously, Mulroy was the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for the Middle East at the United States Department of Defense from November 2017 to December 2019. With a commendable background in the Central Intelligence Agency as a Paramilitary Operations Officer and service as an Infantry Officer in the United States Marine Corps, Mulroy combines military expertise with a strong academic foundation, holding a Juris Doctor from Samford University and a Bachelor of Arts from Augusta University.
