McLean Welsh has extensive experience in the recycling industry, currently serving as Operations Manager and Commercial Buyer at ABC Recycling since March 2021, where responsibilities include developing new business opportunities and maintaining community relationships. Additionally, McLean is the Owner of The War Dungeon, a private collection and museum on Vancouver Island, BC, established with the help of family and friends. Prior experience includes working as Lead Buyer at Schnitzer Steel from June 2015 to March 2021, managing the non-ferrous department. McLean Welsh holds a degree in Gunsmithing from the Centre de Formation Professionnelle de la Vallée de la Gatineau, completed in June 2012.
