Jessica Yu is a seasoned operations manager with extensive experience in the healthcare sector. Currently serving as the Manager of Operations Innovation at DaVita Kidney Care since December 2024, Jessica previously held the position of Associate at Alvarez & Marsal, where responsibilities included conducting integration planning for healthcare practice acquisitions and performing operational due diligence. As a Senior Analyst at Strategyn, Jessica utilized the Jobs-To-Be-Done methodology to drive innovation strategies for healthcare clients.
