Silky Raheja

Silky Raheja serves as Impact Director at ABC Impact since June 2021, following a role as Impact Manager. Previously, Silky contributed as a Consultant for the National Skill Development Corporation, advising the World Bank and the Jordanian government on establishing a digital skills training ecosystem. Silky held multiple positions within the National Skill Development Corporation from 2014 to 2021, including Head of Impact Investments, where responsibilities involved managing over 600 social enterprises and developing significant skill development programs. Silky's early career included roles at CRISIL and Webcom Technologies, providing expertise in research, business development, and strategic planning. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from ICFAI Business School and short courses at Duke University and Harvard Business School Online.
