Porsha Grant

Porsha Grant has a strong background in media and journalism, with extensive experience as an executive producer and news producer. Porsha began their career in 2002 at WRDW/WAGT News 12 NBC 26 as a News Producer before moving on to WCNC Charlotte in 2004. At WCNC, they worked as a News Producer until 2005 when they joined 6abc WPVI-TV Philadelphia. At 6abc, they held various roles including News Producer, Senior Producer, and eventually Executive Producer until 2020. Porsha then joined Disney Media & Entertainment Distribution in 2020 as an Executive Producer in the Race and Culture division. Most recently, they have taken on the role of Vice President of Community Engagement and Development at abc7NY in 2022.

Porsha Grant holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Broadcast Journalism from The University of Georgia.
