Michelle Chasmer

Michelle Chasmer possesses extensive experience in human resources and legal practice, currently serving as an ER Specialist for the UK and EMEA at Abcam since June 2022. Prior to this role, Michelle held the position of HR Manager at OEC Europe Holdings Limited from March 2018 to June 2022 and at Clifford Thames from November 2015 to March 2018. Michelle's legal career began as a Solicitor at Eversheds from 1998 to 2003, followed by a role at Mayer Brown from 2003 to 2006 and transitioning to Employment Law Partner at Prettys from 2006 until July 2014. Academically, Michelle Chasmer holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the University of Bristol and a Diploma in Legal Practice from the College of Law, Guildford.
