William Glazer-Cavanagh

William Glazer-Cavanagh is a Machine Learning Scientist II at AbCellera, where the focus is on developing advanced models for antibody discovery, including automating single cell screening workflows and improving antibody manufacturability profiles. Prior experience includes optimizing call center processes as a Data Science Intern at Intact, conducting NLP research at Croesus to enhance machine learning pipelines, and developing ETL processes at Merck Canada, which contributed to a nationwide HPV awareness campaign. William has a Master's degree in Machine Learning from Mila and a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering from Polytechnique Montréal. Additional experiences include serving as a Scientific Assistant at IVADO and a Research Intern analyzing GitHub repositories for best practices in machine learning.
