Shannon Barratt

Shannon Barratt is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in developing and managing efficient IT systems. Currently serving as the Head of ICT Systems at Abco Products Pty Ltd. since November 2017, Shannon is responsible for the research, implementation, and ongoing development of IT systems that support business operations and strategic goals. Previous roles include Senior Consultant Technical Specialist at Ignia, Technical Director, and Senior Developer at Equilibrium, where a versatile skill set was utilized due to limited technical resources. Additionally, Shannon worked as a Senior Developer at Market United, focusing on a custom PHP CMS, and programmed telephone exchanges at Telstra, while also training new staff. Educationally, Shannon holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Edith Cowan University.
