Surender Dhariwal

Surender Dhariwal has extensive work experience in the manufacturing and production industry. Surender started their career in 2002 as a Microbiologist/Food Technologist at Chatha Foods Ltd. & Mahan Group of Industries, where they were responsible for conducting chemical and microbiological analysis and developing a microbiology laboratory.

In 2003, they joined Goodricke Group Limited as an Assistant Manager in Quality Control/Quality Assurance/Production, where they ensured compliance to various quality standards and worked on production optimization and yield improvement.

From 2008 to 2010, Surender worked at The Coca-Cola Company as an Assistant Manager in Production, where they were responsible for quality assurance, production of various lines, and implementing various certifications and quality standards.

Surender then moved to United Spirits Limited - A Diageo Group Company, where they served as a Unit Head from 2010 to 2014. In this role, they handled plant operations, achieving high quality and financial scores consistently.

Surender joined Allied Blenders & Distillers Pvt. Ltd. in 2014 as a Senior Manufacturing Manager and later became a Unit Manager in 2018. Surender then joined Jagatjit Industries Ltd in 2017 as a Deputy General Manager of Operations before returning to Allied Blenders & Distillers Pvt. Ltd., where they currently hold the position of Unit Manager.

Surender Dhariwal completed their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Industrial Microbiology from Kurukshetra University from the years 1998 to 2000. Surender then pursued their Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Food Science and Technology at Chaudhary Charan Singh Haryana Agricultural University, where they were a Merit Fellowship holder. This degree spanned from 2000 to 2002.

Finally, Surender Dhariwal received a certification on HACCP and Food Safety Management System (FSMS) from Micro Small and Medium Enterprise, Govt. Of India, at Kolkata in July 2008.
