Ashiq Alzughaibi

Ashiq Alzughaibi has over 15 years of experience in the real estate industry. Ashiq is currently the Vice President of Real Estate Development, Projects & Maintenance at Abdullah Al-Othaim Markets, where they are responsible for creating strategy plans, studying new opportunities in real estate development, and managing store expansions. Prior to this, Ashiq was the Co-Founder and CEO of Kinaz United Company, where they provided daily leadership and made key decisions regarding new investment opportunities. Ashiq also has experience as the Director of Real Estate Development at AlSaedan Real Estate Company, where they managed various projects including a 32-floor tower, a villa compound, and luxury food courts. Earlier in their career, Ashiq worked as a Team Supervisor at Al-Marafik Constructions Company, where they supervised quantities surveying and site operations.

Ashiq Alzughaibi completed a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Civil Engineering from Edinburgh Napier University. Prior to that, they received a diploma in Surveying Technology/Surveying from the Technician Inspectors Institution in 2004. Ashiq also earned a High Diploma in Civil Engineering Technology/Technician from the College of Technology in Riyadh from 2007 to 2009. In 2010 and 2011, they attended Stevenson College, where they pursued a degree in General and Academic English Language. Most recently, from 2015 to 2018, Ashiq Alzughaibi attended Dar Al Uloom University and obtained a Master of Laws (LLM) degree in Private Law.
