Basem Zidan

Basem Zidan is an experienced operations and management professional with a strong background in retail and operations management. Currently serving as the Regional Operations Manager at Abdullah Al-Othaim Markets since September 2023, Basem oversees day-to-day store operations, quality control, and performance metrics. Prior experience includes working as the Area Operations Manager at Raneen, where Basem led a team across multiple stores to enhance customer service. Previous roles at Just Mart and BİM Birleşik Mağazalar A.Ş include various management positions overseeing sales and operations across numerous stores.
