Megan Callan

Megan Callan is a seasoned professional in the quality assurance field with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Vice President of Quality at Abeona Therapeutics since March 2021, previous roles at the company include Executive Director and Sr. Director of Quality. Prior to this, Megan worked at Charles River Laboratories for seven years, managing quality assurance across multiple Ohio sites and ensuring compliance with GLP and GMP standards. Early career experience includes positions at Ben Venue Laboratoires Inc., Alcon Laboratories, Teva Pharmaceuticals, ImClone Systems, Wyeth Laboratories, Johnson & Johnson - Merck, and Dietrich's Milk Products, primarily focusing on microbiological testing and quality control. Megan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biotechnology from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
