Alexis Keen

Alexis Keen is an experienced professional with a background in education and diversity and inclusion. Currently serving as an Assistant Specialist for I&D Engagement at Abercrombie & Fitch Co. since January 2023, Alexis previously held roles at Columbus City Schools from July 2017 to January 2023, including Instructional Coach and Teacher. Additionally, Alexis worked as an Independent Consultant at Beautycounter from June 2020 to October 2022 and taught Kindergarten at Columbus Bilingual Academy from June 2016 to June 2017, as well as 1st Grade at Virginia Beach City Public Schools from June 2015 to June 2016. Alexis pursued a Master of Business Administration at Ashland University from October 2021 to January 2022 and holds Bachelor's degrees in Elementary Education and Teaching from Radford University, completed in May 2015.
