Mathilda Christensson

Mathilda Christensson is an experienced buyer and leader in the fashion industry, currently serving as the Lead Buyer for Hollister Women's at Abercrombie & Fitch Co. since October 2023. Responsible for a wide range of products in the EMEA region, Mathilda manages a team of three buyers while previously holding positions such as Division Lead Buyer for Hollister Women's Bottoms and Other. Mathilda has a strong background in market research and sustainability, having co-founded a resale-as-a-service platform at ZINC and conducted extensive research on supply chain sustainability. Previous roles at Abercrombie & Fitch Co. and Gilly Hicks have equipped Mathilda with skills in quantitative and qualitative analysis, customer insights, and strategic collaboration across various levels of an organization. Mathilda earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Policy and Visual Media Studies from Duke University and has participated in multiple prestigious educational programs, further enhancing expertise in the field.
