Sarah Freeman

Sarah Freeman has over two decades of experience in global compensation, currently serving as the Director of Global Compensation at Abercrombie & Fitch Co. since September 2004. Freeman has progressively advanced through various roles within the company, including Senior Manager, Manager, Senior Compensation Analyst, and Compensation Analyst, starting from an Assistant Compensation Analyst position. Prior experience includes a role in Recruiting at L Brands and Human Resources at COSI - Center of Science and Industry.
