Taylor Laubacher

Taylor Laubacher is an accomplished professional with a strong background in recruitment and retail operations. Currently serving as the Director of Primary Recruitment for Alpha Delta Pi Sorority since November 2022, Taylor oversees a chapter of over 100 women, managing the entire recruitment process, creating visual marketing materials, and working with a budget of approximately $5,000. Additionally, Taylor has been a Brand Representative Lead at Abercrombie & Fitch Co. since April 2019, engaging in customer service and daily operations, including marketing and visual merchandising. Taylor is pursuing a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Architecture at Ohio University, expected to graduate in May 2024.
