Philippe de Manny

Philippe De Manny is an experienced professional in the hospitality and recreation industry, currently serving as a Consulting Specialist and General Manager at Aberdeen Boat Club since July 2003. Philippe previously held the position of Director of Food and Beverage at CSL ARCHITECTURE Ltd. from 2002 to 2003, and served as General Manager at both the United Services Recreation Club from 1998 to 2002 and the Ladies Recreation Club from 1996 to 1999. Earlier in their career, Philippe was the Owner of Hotel Restaurant "la Galiote" from 1990 to 1996. Philippe holds a Master’s degree in Hotel and Tourism Management from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, completed in 2004.
