Donald Williams Jr.

Donald Williams Jr. has extensive experience in the banking and finance sector, currently serving as the AVP Assistant Controller at APG Federal Credit Union since May 2014. Prior to this role, Donald held various positions at Cecil Bank from September 2006 to May 2014, including Controller, where responsibilities involved managing the bank's general ledger and preparing financial reports for the board of directors. Donald's earlier roles included Assistant Accounting Manager, where duties encompassed quarterly SEC reporting and analysis, and Assistant to the CEO, focusing on compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley regulations. Donald began a career in finance as a Bank Teller at Cecil Federal Bank and also gained customer service experience as a Sales Associate at Happy Harry's/Walgreens. Academically, Donald holds a Master’s in Taxation, an MBA in Finance Management, and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration with a concentration in Financial Management, all from Goldey-Beacom College.
