SallyAnn Kelly

SallyAnn Kelly OBE is an accomplished leader in the field of social services, currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Aberlour - Scotland's Children's Charity since June 2014. Previously, SallyAnn held key positions at Barnardo's Scotland, including Senior Manager for the Third Sector GIRFEC Project and Head of Children's Services Operations, where management of a significant workforce and the delivery of children's services were primary responsibilities. Prior experience includes senior management roles at East Ayrshire Council, South Lanarkshire Council, and Glasgow City Council, focusing on children, families, and criminal justice services. SallyAnn holds an MA in Social Sciences and a DipSW from the University of Glasgow, a PG Cert in Child Protection from the University of Dundee, and has attended Harvard Business School.
