Carlos Alberto Zilli has 35 years of experience in companies such as Makro, Shell, Hering, Imaginarium, and Love Brands. Since 2002 he has been a Senior Executive/Partner in change management, crisis management, risk identification and control, M&A processes, Sales, Marketing, and Strategic Planning areas. For 20 years, he was Hering's Marketing and Franchise Superintendent. He was CEO and Partner at Imaginarium for 10 years. Created with the brands Phuket and Balonê the franchise network Love Brands (2012). He participates on the boards of Haco Etiquetas, Brognoli Imóveis, Lunelli Group, Cottonbaby, Monte Carlo Jóias, Linhares Group and Fuel Eyewear. He was President of the Ethics Committee of the ABF (Brazilian Franchising Association). He was also a partner at Able Creation Development Limited, a sourcing and searching company in Shenzhen (China). Graduated in Business Administration (PUC-SP), MBA in Marketing (INPG), International Trade (FGV), and Management (USP), with an extension in Strategic Planning (IMD). Certified by the IBGC (Brazilian Institute of Corporate Governance), he is also an Endeavor Mentor. Investor partner of Startup Disruptive Retail Intelligence, he has been, since 2017, partner of the Café Cultura coffee shop chain.
