Will Smith has a diverse work experience in the transportation industry. Will started as a Claims Specialist at BrownGreer PLC in 2010. In 2011, they moved on to UPS Freight where they excelled as an Account Manager, achieving exceptional revenue growth and winning multiple sales awards. In 2012, they joined Abilene Motor Express as a Fleet Manager, overseeing driver management and operations cost optimization. Will quickly progressed to roles including Regional Operations Manager, Senior Account Executive, and National Account Executive. Finally, in 2018, they became the Vice President of Sales at Abilene Motor Express, focusing on long-term partnerships, flexibility, and growth with customers.

Will Smith attended Mills E Godwin High School from 2001 to 2005. Will then pursued higher education at Hampden-Sydney College from 2005 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics and Business.
