Rachael Kaiser-Levitz

Rachael Kaiser-Levitz is an experienced Talent Development and Training Manager at Ability Beyond, where Rachael has worked since July 2016, also holding the role of HR Manager. Prior to this, Rachael spent over two decades at YAI Network, starting in October 1995 and culminating in the position of Manager of Human Resources. In this role, Rachael managed recruitment for multiple non-profit agencies, overseeing the hiring processes for a wide range of positions, including entry-level service professionals and senior management. Rachael supervised various human resource functions, such as pre-hire screenings, employment clearances, new hire orientation, and workplace investigations. Rachael holds a Master’s degree in Counseling from Fordham University Graduate School of Arts and Sciences and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University at Albany.
